B&C at WirtschaftsVereinigung Metalle

The Wirtschaftsvereinigung Metalle once again invited us to give a presentation to the Business Management Committee. Christian Germeroth’s presentation focused on two key topics: the green transformation and the importance of data as the gold of the 21st century.
Data is becoming increasingly important for the development of businesses. It provides objective insights and helps to better understand and optimise processes. Even in areas where data is not traditionally collected, there are ways to obtain it. For example, employee surveys can be used to gather reliable quantitative data on administrative processes.
Christian Germeroth used numerous examples from his day-to-day consultancy work to show how data can be used as a basis for taking the right measures to improve efficiency. After all, any increase in efficiency not only helps to reduce waste, but also supports the green transformation.
