INQA Coaching: Shaping Digitalization in the workplace Together
Digitalization, artificial intelligence, skills shortages, and rising market demands are changing the world of work at high speed. Particularly in the metal industry, many medium-sized companies face the challenge of future-proofing their processes, organizational structures, and business models without extensive HR staff or strategy departments.
This is precisely where INQA Coaching comes in: a funding program by the Initiative New Quality of Work (INQA), supported by the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS). Its aim is to help companies actively shape digital transformation while empowering their employees. Solutions are not prescribed; they are developed, tested, and sustainably embedded within the company.
The INQA reference model “Work of the Future” forms the basis, covering six fields of action:
- New business models & innovation strategies
- Production model & work organization
- HR policy, employment & qualification
- Social relations & culture
- Leadership, professional development & career
- Workplace of the future, working time & performance policy
Eligible small and medium-sized enterprises based in Germany can receive funding for up to 80% of consulting costs. The coaching covers up to 12 consulting days. The agile projects are limited to seven months and focus on implementation and results.
